Option 1: comply give your info take your ticket/warning go home and then go to court to fight the ticket. Option 2: refuse to comply go to jail possible bond and then still have to go to court to fight the ticket and now charges. I'll go with option 1 because option 2 is next level stupid. Nothing you say or argue about will change anything on the side of the road that's what court is for. Pennsylvania v Mimms supreme court decision law enforcement can order you out of the vehicle.

Entitled people. They are not required to call a supervisor for a simple traffic stop. I don't know why people don't understand that. What did asking for the supervisor do for you. You still want to jail.

in the cops defense the driver didn't request a supervisor he said "I want you to call Sarge" the first time he may have said "call your sarge" I'm not sure though it was hard to tell. He never said "call your supervisor"
