They probably put the wrong degree thermostat in. Thermostats are made to open up at a certain temp. Performance cars open up at a lower temp I believe, so if you had too high of a temp thermostat in, it would 1. Overheat and 2. Build up too much pressure in the system. Just some food for thought. Keep us updated🙏 I’m fr curious

the issue was that you were driving your car extremely hard everyone and anyone that drives an exotic car here in Arizona knows that you're not supposed to drive mid engine cars hard above 90° most cars brands even have decals in the doors stating this. Mid engine cars heat up and also don't heat down easily and it was also 113° degrees as well. my neighbor has a 488 and we seen you and he said that cars going to overheat with the way he is driving it. My Ferrari F355 would overheat as well. There is a reason why you don't get on these cars hard in from June through mid September. stop and go traffic in mid day can cause a car to overheat. You where also driving it hard too.
