He’s lost some blood and has been through a lot! Lil bby is probably just sleeping off the stress of it all. But always call your vet if you truly think it’s a concern!

Certified tech here - blood loss and anemia can make them sleep a ton. Check his gums. They should be a pink to pale pink color and if you press them, it should take less than 2 seconds for the color to return. If his gums are white or it takes longer for color to return, call your vet asap!

Antibiotics can be exhausting. When I have to take them, I always end up zombified for the first few days of the course. It’s probably that he’s woozy from the antibiotics.

I think that's normal for losing that much blood, but I'm no vet or doctor! I remember when I once had to give a lot of blood, it made me feel zonked out after, so I can't imagine how your poor kitty is feeling!
