For everybody - it was already cleared and a golf course. The guy who sold it to DLP was Ken Green. He threatened 200-300 houses if we didn’t agree to rezoning for his idea. Then he went broke, sold it to DLP, who owns another thriving RV/Water park. This could be really nice. The lights shouldn’t affect the neighbors as it sits further back.

I live next to here and the guy built my house. I swear the guy can’t make up his mind, it was supposed to be a water park, then rv park, then frisbee golf, and now a golf course

They won’t stop until every little town is gone. Callahan is perfect the way it is, it remains old fl but is starting to get the overflow from the massive amount of people trying to get away from Jax and yulee. This has got to stop at some point or all of us locals won’t be locals anymore. Fl is getting destroyed and all we can do is watch…
