It’s not even just an Orioles thing…they do it EVERYWHERE here in Baltimore. The Ravens games, smaller sporting events, I even heard it at a police academy graduation once 🤦🏼♀️

I’m from MD and my son played at Cooperstown last year and they announced before the anthem not to yell O during it. It was also done at the Olympics during the swimming for Michael Phelps

hahaha i was there and have been to many many o’s and ravens games, and that was the loudest, most echoey “O” i have ever heard. i really wanted to know how the players reacted, so i appreciate this lol
