You should add some iron supplements!! My first year of college my roommates and I all ended up iron deficient because we weren’t eating as many home cooked meals and less red meat/veggies

Maybe add a bottle of cranberry pills? If she feels a bladder infection coming on, a few of those for a few days with a ton of water always helps me avoid it.
