There may be some wondering if I have always been this fit or did it take work to get here. I am going to be honest and say that genetically I am more of a mesomorph body type. Meaning that I have a natural athletic build with a majority of my body fat going to my lower body. For a lot of people, this is “ideal” for building a great physique, but I can tell you that having this type of body frame naturally does not equal peak optimal fitness. I had to work for years to build lean muscle, shred body, fat, and learn the tools and techniques takes to be at peak optimal fitness. I’ve always been on the thicker side, but never really in shape. Just like many of you. I had to learn by trial and error and figure it out what worked for me to achieve my goals. It took a lot of sweat, aches, soreness, and frustration but my motto is ‘No Challenge, No Change’. If there’s anything you want badly in life, just remember you do have to work for it. I know we live in a day and time where everybody wants things to come easy but that’s not reality. Put in the work and you’ll see the results. #workforit #nochallengenochange #ittakeswork
