how do those work tho? I have one on my left toe and bought a contraption to try and bend my toe out away from my other toes instead of in towards my toes

sharing with my daughter. after 14 years of gymnastics, she now has these bunions. and surgery is the way the doctors push. after months of a herniated disc and sciatica, the Dr's pushed the shot and surgery. after several months with my trainer at the gym, I am healed. now to deal with my trigger thumb and her bunions. also, you were always one of my favorites on The Challenge and got to meet you in Chicago at Challenge Mania. you were so sweet!!! im realizing you are right about health and need to follow you more closely
