He was struggling to fit in the seat yet he still went on that ride. Common sense was not used here. This kid should’ve known if he couldn’t fit in that seat and have it locked properly he should’ve not got on it so he caused his own death and shouldn’t have been awarded that money. It was his fault not theirs.
