That looks like a golf course in the back I would not want well water that close to a course. just living near one increases Alzheimer's risk, even worse with the runoff.

If the well is solid. I would go with a well, with public as a backup. A switch inside the house. One thing o would consider is an unground tank with a UV light to add sterilise protection. Awesome video! Keep them coming!
