I always wondered whether tretinoin itself can actually diminish acne scars, I used the cream and my acne scars got smaller I swear, I might just be delulu idk

white people can do harsh scarring treatments without the fear of post-inflamation hyperpigmentation. We asians could never, one harsh treatment and your skin will get darkened for months

Dear Doctor, I have undergone two sessions of subcision combined with fractional laser and exosome injections. I’ve noticed that the scar appears more visible but also more superficial. Is this an expected part of the healing process, or could it indicate that something went wrong with the treatment?
