This is Yazawa Beverly Hills, and they’re the only spot I’ve found in LA with meat quality that actually rivals what I had in Japan. And while it’s certainly not cheap, a meal here is 100% worth it for insanely tender, melt-in-your-mouth beef that doesn’t even need any sauce.
