I have had this happen to me every time I’m on a “teaching team”. They claim I’m not collaborative or team player. I am but i set boundaries and get my job done. It hurts though.

Guess what? All three managers are ignoring me. When they go low, I go legal. They think I was playing when I said I got an attorney until the EEOC- contacted their legal team. See, those coworkers don’t have legal money- I do. They’re quiet and bothered while I’m collecting evidence… they messed with the wrong one. For so long, others have been crying in silence— I’m the catalyst to their behavior and I’m not backing down.

Yep. It’s the whole reason I left my last job after 12 years. The bullies were people who will be there their whole careers and cannot go anywhere else. 🤷🏻♀️

I’m just reverting to the expression climbing down the ladder,, I’ve been doing warehousing for the last 20 years, it’s either favoritism, or nepotism, I don’t fit their mold, so therefore I’m a threat to them, maybe that’s why I’ve had 10 staffing agency jobs in five years, and a majority of claim, just a temporary layoff(code for getting rid of me)!

When I was in the worst of being bullied by my teammates and boss, my patients and their families were sending in daily kudos about how much they appreciated working with me. It was so funny to hear my boss read those kudos in morning meetings in the most sarcastic snarky voice she could muster up.

The under proformers tell the toxic personnel (there not leaders) what they want to hear instead of what they need to hear. That’s why they are not held accountable. It’s an ego trip and why top personnel leave!

Been my life for the last six years. Documenting does not do much when the top folks are friends with the boss and assistant/bosses bestie. Gets exhausting but seeing a light at the end of the tunnel hopefully. Boss is leaving but the assistant is staying. Let’s see what’s going to happen now.
