I had skin removal 9 weeks ago. Make sure you get your lymphatic drainage massages, keep your salt intake at a minimum, drink arnica tea and/or tablets, eat lots of pineapple, and eat lots of protein. Also, drink the powder called Juven. It’s super pricey but it helps so much in your recovery. Wishing you a speedy recovery! ❤️

i'm 2 weeks post op 360tummy tuck tomorrow. (nord's) lots of rest after, comfy pillows and leg wedge for sleeping. i'm usually a front sleeper but have loved this set up. Don't know what else to advise because It's been straight forward so far. had 4 massages in Lithuania, haven't had any since being home. minimal swelling. x

Body pillow to make yourself a nest and support sleep, arnica tablets, vest inside out to go under your garment to stop it rubbing /digging in. Take cough sweets for after as u may have a sore throat. If ur gonna cough or sneeze bend forward hugging a pillow to ur tummy

Do not skimp on your protein intake and drink lots of water. Walk ten minutes every hour while awake to avoid clots and get your blood moving. The walking helps tremendously with healing.

Regular lymphatic drainage massages. I had two a week for 6 weeks. Expensive but really helped my recovery. I have a very high pain threshold and wasn’t actually in pain afterwards. It was more swelling and stiffness that I struggled with. 11lbs excess skin removed

Order bromelaine tablets from amazon . Its a pineapple extract and works wonders for swelling. Also when you do have it done wear a vest top under your garment to stop it digging in when you swell x

Had a tummy tuck 12 years ago.. i suggest keeping a comfortable chair nearby in case laying on your back gets uncomfortable because you will be slightly bended over for about a week while the incision site heals, as it loosens up itll get better and you can stand up straight ♥️
