This is one of the most common questions I get And here’s my coach-approved answer 👇 ✅ The right weight is challenging but controlled ✅ You should feel the burn by the last 2–3 reps ✅ Form stays clean, no swinging, no cheating ✅ If it feels too easy, it probably is 💡 A good rule: If you’re doing 10 reps and could’ve done 15, it’s too light. If you’re breaking form at rep 5, it’s too heavy. Aim for that “just right” intensity that pushes you but doesn’t break you. You don’t have to lift like a powerlifter to build strength.
