Kung my isang sagot lang, best for portraits and street would be a 35mm. Personally, I'm using a 33mm/1.4 Fujinon lens pero you can buy a Viltrox 35mm/1.7 Viltrox for a cheaper alternative. Yung 23mm won't give a distinct look pero of course depende yan sa photographer.
