I’m 18 I had my phase of press ons and yeah you can definitely apply them in a way that really holds strong but it ruined my nails made them weak and brittle so fragile broke easily always peeling off in layers it took a year of only using nail strengthener and absolutely no press ons no acrylics and no other nail polish to heal them and they still grow fairly slow compared to before
