Me personally I think a barge hit the wall and broke it … if they would have blew the flood walls up the damage to that wall would be way worse then that breach they had .

I worked Katrina and spoke to ppl who heard these "explosions" and I'm suspicious. These ppl lost their homes and were not allowed to rebuild unless the entire neighborhood could rebuild. This occurred on very valuable land so think about it.

That’s what happens when a massive concrete wall completely fails structurally. There didn’t need to be a bomb for this to be the gov’t controlling it. The government left that part of NOLA to rot away and hoped something like this would happen.

They blew up because of the extreme pressure of water against them!

Look, the levees were very poorly maintained. All the levee board did was meet then go to lunch. Countless people living by the levees reported leakage for years. It was on the news.as it is now, it’s reported that some of the newly constructed levees are sinking 😳😳😳

So here's the thing when you have floods and storms the water will hit power lines which can explode cars hitting each other in floods can also technically exploded so there wouldn't be a way to tell for sure what actually exploded .

I think the levees broke and made a loud explosive noise. All that force pushing up against the wall? Yeah end of story.
