@jeannienobottle: Milia are small, white or yellowish bumps that commonly appear on the face, especially around the eyes on the cheeks nose, and sometimes on the forehead or chin. They are tiny cysts filled with keratin a protein found in skin hair and nails. They form just under the surface of the skin when dead skin cells get trapped instead of naturally shedding.
