@april_eatz: 1 Can Coconut Milk 1/2 Cup Whole Milk (or milk of choice) 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup or honey (more if you like sweeter) Pinch of Kosher Salt Topping:Fruit of choice! In a medium bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and salt. Taste and add more maple syrup if you’d like it sweeter. I usually whisk the chia seeds with milk first to help them not clump. Once everything is mixed, put into jars, top with your favorite fruit and let refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. I make it with half Greek yogurt and half milk and add unsweetened coconut flakes, topped it with fresh banana, pecans and a bit of honey 😋
