unfortunately she either knows she’s lying OR genuinely believes that her side of the story is 100% correct. even if it’s not true, she believes it to be truthful. and she needs help to solve that part of the issue

Not a mental health professional, but just using basic critical thinking skills I'd feel it's safe to assume that the therapist probably thought that Kendra was not ready to leave therapy (especially giving her concerning behavior online) and wanted to open the door the a discussion to make sure she was actually ready

She makes shit up on the fly. It’s so obvious. I’m listing to her talking about AI psychosis just now on her latest vid and she goes “I read the NYT Every Sunday…blah blah blah…” and she goes on and on about it and u can just tellllllll it’s a lie

So basically the therapist sent her a message which is *required* by most practices to ‘close’ the therapeutic relationship and because Kendra is so unhinged over the Psychiatrist she’s transferring those feelings from psychiatrist to the therapist. “Begged her to come back” the therapist was “so attached and couldn’t bear not being in each others lives”. That’s exactly what she wanted from Psych so she transferred the therapist into filling that emotional need for her. She is genuinely in a psychiatric spiral.

Unless you are in the specialty refrain from giving people a diagnosis… what you describe is not manic at all. She isn’t bipolar. She definitely has something going on though, and I hope she gets the help she needs.
