True frozen shoulder doesn’t resolve over a few weeks or with a magic fix. I am in month 12 of frozen shoulder. It is actual adhesions that form in the capsule of shoulder and there’s a process of the tissue forming and then breaking down. I don’t mean to minimize whatever is going on with you and definitely agree. It could be mimicking frozen shoulder but true frozen shoulder is much more complex than this. I have been in physical therapy for eight months had an MRI have had 3 appointments with an ortho specialist. I’m glad this helped you, but as someone who is a year into this journey and has done a lot of research about my situation as well as had a full team of professionals involved in my care I feel strongly about the conversation around it.

Had frozen shoulder for over a year. Miserable 6 months of it where I couldn’t even do my own hair, put on my clothes. It was awful. I was scheduled for surgery but tried some acupuncture first which totally helped me turn a corner. It’s almost back to normal and I canceled my surgery. It is so painful!

I’ve been having the same issue. Just started progesterone and estrogen patch. The hot flashes were awful
