Heat 2 tbsp chili oil in a pan. Fry the egg to your liking and cook the bacon until crispy. Set both aside. 2. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the Buldak Carbonara noodles, then 1 minute later, add the jjajangmen noodles. Cook until just underdone, then drain—reserving 2–3 tbsp of the noodle water. 3. In the same pan, heat 1 tbsp cooking oil. Sauté the sliced onion until fragrant. Add the noodles and reserved noodle water, then stir in all the sauce packets from both noodle packs. 4. Toss over medium-low heat until the noodles are glossy and fully coated in the rich, spicy-sweet sauce. 5. Plate the noodles, then top with the fried egg and crispy bacon.
