FYI if you haven’t, please look into Lipedema and treatments to manage it! You appear to have earlier stage, but it progresses so the earlier you do MLD and such, the better! (I’m late stage 2 but was stage 1 for the longest, don’t make my mistakes! Stage 2 has been far more painful than stage 1 was!)
