Its facts, happened to me once for something else. I needed to close my bodyshop shutters or it would have been left open after a random stop and search being accused of no insurance when I have traders insurance. They put the handcuffs on too tight and stopped me going gym over the pain. When I was begging to let me go so I can close the business they said, “ok sign here and we let you go.” next thing you know a few years later while applying for a license I was rejected over it which cost me loss of earnings.

So sorry for that guy. Cautions are actually not that difficult to appeal for early record deletion I have done it before for some quite futile offences that don’t fit my narrative. For this guy I can say it’s absolutely ridiculous as the misconceived weapons were tools for his trade. He had no criminal history nor intent to do harm however was working as a gardener. He should never of accepted a caution too hastily but sought legal advice not to say anything too critical against him. Still utter disbelief and ignorant of the police for his use of tools not yo be transparent to them 😳😳
