TEQUILLA TYSON❌:I'm glad I grew up when we paid school fees that allowed the teacher to go out and purchase what the kids need. I went to school in the 1980's and my mother was a teacher. Many times she paid OUT OF POCKET to get things for the classroom. There is so much that is needed.

I was a homeroom mom and I was angry I mean angry when I saw the waste of the supplies that the teachers confiscated and shared for ALL the students. This was a prime example of socialism creeping in 🤔

The teachers share the school supplies. Buy what's on the list on sell and take that up to your kid's school. And then buy your kid the supplies that they want. I did this for nearly 25 years. I didn't mind doing this for other kids.

The school get money for these kids! I agree we pay enough taxes so there’s no need for citizens to take on that responsibility as well for other children well-being! When I was in school we never had to do that if we ran out of supplies! Just like Walmart want us to shop, pay, and bag our groceries!

Supplies and food should be included since school is mandatory" there was nothing worse than watching all the cafeteria people eat while I sat with nothing but hunger pains same for school supplies everyone take out your.... we'll ms whoever, i don't have it, we didn't have electric sometimes or hot water sometimes no soap no food ,but school was mandatory

What pisses me off is that so many organizations give school supplies away for free. So they can’t be bothered to look for resources? Even if they have the money, they can buy their kids school supplies with their money and pick up donated supplies as the extra. They expect more effort from the teacher than they do themselves - it’s disgusting.

How much storage does a classroom have? Can you imagine the hassel of getting Billy's pencils or Lyla's kleenex, or Carl's hand sanitizer? How often do you have to ask you child to do something at home? How fast is the response? I can't imagine the time tracking 21 kids.
