She has weakness in her left front leg. Her knees buckled when you remounted and before she went all the way down then her joints cracked on the second stop. I wouldn’t be surprised if some time down the road she snaps a tendon. I’d have an equine PT do an assessment and strength exercises before she gets hurt.

I had one that did this when she was tired of working or didn't want to. and actually did it in the middle of a show, in the ring, in the middle of the reining pattern. I have a picture.
