I own a dealership and if it was sold VERBALLY to another DEALERSHIP I'm sorry but he has to buy it, not obligated, but it was was a done deal dealer to dealer. my opinion.

People arguing this isn’t legal is wild. The point being made is that the buyer should hold to his word. The owner isn’t suggesting this is a legal issue. It’s an ethics and accountability issue.

ok. Just my opinion, and I'm sure Tyler is a rock star, but I would have followed up within 30 minutes of not receiving the signed BO back, and continued until I got hold of him, or I had a it, before taking the car off the market. Just my .02
