but isnt fatalism straight wrong? example: no matter how much i study for a test its predefined what grade i get. on the other hand determinism: the motivation and intelligence i have is predefined by genes but its causal that the more i study the better grades i get

I have this idea that the future is predetermined, what that is isn't known yet but as time goes on. the past was also predetermined. We act in moments and make choices but those actions have been somewhat already determined well ahead of that moment. So we still have a choice but that choice is most likely already planned for. It is a weird concept to explain.

Determinism and fatalism are kinda intertwined tho, i kinda believe that everything that happened wouldve always happened that exact way in that same instance because of what happened before it, its kind of hard for me to explain and the best way i could is like everything is constantly having checks that leads to how every action takes place, so idk i think i believe its more determinism and fatalism together and not either

yk how you can live a entire lifetime in a lucid dream and then lose lucid and forget it ain't reality, and when you wake up you realise its just a dream. also the ratio to biological to dream tome is unlimited, you can live in a infinite loop yet wake up eventually, infinite inside a finite time, a life inside of a dream you belive is reality
