So regardless of the order the fact that the mom got arrested for neglect for trying to keep her kid safe from dad because Dad was walking in traffic with a child is mind blowing to me!!! Secondly if she has full custody and it’s her time and his times up he doesn’t have the right to with hold the child from her at the point anymore. He should have put the child in her vehicle and ended right then and there. And he should got hit with neglect for walking in traffic with a 5 year old putting his life in danger. Florida laws are wild!!!

So instead of charging him for putting his hands on her first, trying to take the kids and jaywalking with a 5 year old, they arrest mom and give the kids to dad who doesn’t have a vehicle and was taking the kids out of his parenting time? The cop didn’t even know half of what she was supposed to be doing
