Wait this didn’t stick in court did it. Cause I think this officer or system is confused. 1. You have video of the dad doing what he was doing and she stated he did put his hands on her. 2. The other officer on phone stated she’s the aggressor before hearing the story. 3. If my child is snatched and is being walked across a busy highway I will be going after, a little scratch is different then abuse especially when it’s not intentional. 4. The dad gets to walk free after you already stated it’s a DV case.

Wild that the cop was going to charge her with neglect at first for all of this, but abuse for trying to kid her kid out of the road from walking with the dad who wasn’t supposed to be taking him?
