I was counting a narc with the on coming nurse and a resident walked by and hit the tray.. pills went flying everywhere! We scrambled to find every last one. 😩

Every single freaking time!!! I work on a psych unit! Tell me why it takes five years to get these pills out! When you finally do they pop right on the floor! You’re not allowed to have those pill opening devices so you’re just stuck struggling with the packaging only to loose it down the hallway praying another patient doesn’t pick it up before you can get it back. Meanwhile your patient is steadily talking about their Halucinationa that saw or heard the night before!!! The struggle is real!
