reminder phantom pain does exist, but only for amputees that have trauma for losing a limb, I'm not going to go into any detail unless you want me to, word of advice: if you are feeling pain in a VR game without a haptic suit, get off the game, play a non-vr game with friends for a few weeks, or go touch some grass, give your brain time to readjust to real life. notes: this phenomena is a perfect example of psychology at its best, phantom pain is just meant to be a trauma response, and I don't know about you, but I don't think everyone in VR chat has been shot, stabbed, or hit with a high velocity frying pan in real life, and if you've read this far, you probably found some good counterpoints and I would like to know them, just make sure that you are at least respectful, people have a tendency to read through my comments halfway through and then rage type a response, anyways have a wonderful day.
