Adapting to new norm :

yeah, I'm pretty sure this was part of what causes my horrific disassociation on a daily basis. being in my body is a horrible experience, even on lower pain days.

this video has changed my thought process and perception of my whole life. I feel this exact same way but the opposite. after having both of my kids and more "extra skin" I can't breathe without a bra on because of my boob skin touching any other skin on my body whether it be sitting down or standing up. I also have issues with the loose skin on my stomach moving, like if I laugh or jump. I haven't been formally diagnosed with SPD but I am looking into it. your videos have completely changed my life 💜💜

the wat that I can't stand the restriction of bras, but also can't stand the skin of my tatas touching my stomach. but I'm bigger, and I've fed 3 babies with them and so they droop more now. 🥴
