Most of us are all in our own little bubbles like I know how to do my small section of the software and what it takes to maintain that very well… I don’t know anything about what other teams are doing so if we need to mix for something we are probably both clueless

It's also a great example to set for the rest of the team! Juniors will often hold back their questions and feel unqualified unless they see more senior teammates also asking for clarification

I had this one question in my team lately, I was afread to ask it, the day i asked I had collegues that were 10 years in the industry, turns out everybody was calculating that metric diffrently and they didn't know 😂 so at best one of them was right. so ask don't be afraid
