The worst experience I had was, I was laying on my stomach and complete dark at a friend’s house in Detroit. I heard the sound of a canned corn top falling into the can, (hollow empty sound) and then something started, pressing my back, pushing me down into the bed slowly, I’m not religious, but I started praying and it lifted off slowly. I left the room and never went back to that friend’s house after I went back home, no sleeping in dark either!

I have it multiple times a week.. some times 2-5 times.. in one night.. I have lived with this for 15 years now...😩 I've seen and heard wierd stuff..

I've experienced sleep paralysis many times. its horrible. wouldn't wish it on anyone. what happens to me is that I'm lying in bed asleep and then I feel like this black shadow type demon , that is flying around my room , is trying to get inside of me to posses me. and I can't fight it off cos I'm paralysed. then I wake up and I'm in a state of fear , real excruciating fear , and I can't move . I'm paralysed. its absolutey hideous. I don't know if the demon is actually real and its really trying to possess me or whether its my imagination but its absolutely terrifying regardless

when it's night time I see some black figure. I have to cover up so he doesn't come. but when I don't hes just staying on the ceiling. but I can move. what is what y'all know?

The worst I experience when this happens is when I notice the dark figure and try to scream, nothing comes out. My mouth is open, I try to make a sound, any sound, but nothing.

i woke up as a kid and tried to scream for my dad i couldnt move or scream it was just air coming out my mouth no words id try to scream for my dad but nothing would come out of my mouth ot was horrible

what happened to me one time and Trinidad and it was a gray it looked normal to me it smiled and walked right through the door and disappeared and I woke up nothing weird happened

yes it's the scariest most petrifying thing ever. something pulled me high up the far wall of my bedroom like a black witchy ghost thing and screamed in my face!

Yes has happened to me like yall are saying. I just screamed in my head I belong to Jesus. Finally I could sit up. Another time I tried to see what was going on an I was flying over our street. I got scared an prayed to go back. This one did happen when I lived in Roswell at the time. The others happened after I moved back to Texas. Thank God they no longer happen.
