Love this so much and how it ties in with China’s history with silk production. I’d argue that no fabric lends itself better to manipulation and design according to Daoist principles than silk. A fabric like water. Also curious about how these principles might offer a lens to interpret the collections of non-Chinese brands like Lemaire.
