Please! Im 12days post op, an dmy arms fel so stiff and hard, im paranoid im getting fibrosis but i cNt strech my arms because my dr said i cant lift my arma for 3 weeks

I had mine done 5weeks ago reduction uplift and implants, and I have a slight higher one my dr sed it’s slight fluid build up but worrying me as the other one looks a lot more better when did urs fluff xx
