My grandparents meet in Japan during WWII. Ruth was a Red Cross Nurse and Raymond was US Army and was injured. My grandma Ruth was his nurse. After Raymond was healed, he went stateside and they wrote letters back and forth until the end of the war. They basically hooked up after the war. My

Great great great grandparents, Theodore and Minerva. Theodore came from London but couldn’t prove where he was from. So although he was English, they made him a slave. He met Minerva on a plantation, got married, and had kids❤️
