This is the first time that someone has explained the weight loss process to me in a way that feels feasible. I never would have thought to do maintenance for a few weeks to determine what I eat so there aren’t mistakes on calorie counting. My mind is blown. I would love this but I fear o can’t afford it.

Can you talk about why I’m in a true and honest, track and weigh everything, enough deficit to lose 1.5 to 2 pounds a week but I’m only losing ounces up to half pound a week? I’m losing but my deficit does not equal my expected progress

I like NEED this to happen. I’m a stay at home mom that never stayed home before kids. Hormonal weight gain. Just eating whatever, whenever and in pure survival mode for a few years now.
