I have committed adultery twice in my life...I am SO thankful for the grace of my beautiful God that still uses me even though I sinned so egregiously...I have had SUCH horrible guilt over this...it took Him reminding me of WHOSE I am...so as much as I thought I enjoyed @mattwalsh and his videos...I have to disagree with him on this one...

The problem with the historical record of adultery being illegal is that the punishments disproportionately landed on females. Men and women need to be held equally accountable.

Christ did not tell us to make laws to force people to act like Christians. We are to live that way to show people the way and teach them about Christ. We aren't supposed to force them to believe.
