One suggestion: Make the wild magic more wild. Add in things that should never work or will look weird. Try weird extra restrictions that you have to cook around. We need more risk of seeing you make a viral disaster or a surprise masterpiece.

hey totally loved this but the second you incorporated extra non-roll veggies, I said "that's not how roll for works.." Jake, Walt, Frog, and even cereal and soda guy dont add. perhaps diversify your roll lists as far as how many? I liked this, but it didn't tick the true roll for boxes for me.

Roast the zucchini and purée it in to the sauce. Would make it super creamy. And or used roasted zucchini as the base

if you don't want to press the tofu you can boil it in salt water for 5 minutes! the osmosis will pull the water out and make it a nice texture :) it's even better for soaking up the flavor of any marinade you put on it!

for tofu in salad I've always loved fried tofu strips! if you marinate them then press out the moisture (I know sounds counterintuitive) it makes flavourful tofu chips!

cook the zucchini, lightly pan fry with seasoning and make it a warm salad. I would also add the apples and red onion in the pan with the zucchini
