Heat oil and fry the chicken until golden. Remove and keep aside. Boil the rice with whole spices, salt, and lemon slices until 90% cooked. In ½ cup oil or the leftover frying oil, fry the onions until light golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes and cook until soft. Add the leftover marinade, tandoori masala, green chilies, and curry leaves. Add the fried chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes. Layer the chicken and rice in a pot. Top with coriander, mint, fried onions, and food color. Cover and cook on low heat (dum) for 20 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Chicken 65 Biryani!
