She might not even be as unhinged as everyone is perceiving. If you have childhood trauma and ADHD I feel like limerence and delusion even when it’s an inappropriate situation is definitely a possibility

As a person who is in therapy and seen psychiatrist, they ARE very different. Couch time (counseling/therapy) is NOT the same as psychiatrist visits.

Can we also mention that this was a 30 min appointment per month over zoom (mostly over zoom) for 4 years so at most 24 hours total. He didn't reply to her emails between appointments either.

you can also get therapy from a behavioral health provider like an LCSW or LPCC. who are different than psych, a psych np, and psychologist

i have never once addressed my therapist by her name mind you so i’m not sure why she would need to do that? (plus a psychiatrist is definitely not a therapist) and every time i go to a psychiatrist i fill out forms that ask those exact same questions, it’s strictly clinical bro
