@maymirrorstyle: I do this in the car—because tired eyes can age you 10 years. We drive every day… why not use that time to reverse aging? Let’s focus on the under-eye area. Once this part starts sagging, it changes your whole face. I started noticing it in my 40s—and that’s when I began this simple eye workout. Now at 50, my under-eye sagging has dramatically improved. Here’s what you do: 1. Stick your tongue out just a little and hold it gently with your front teeth Why? It prevents you from clenching your jaw and helps activate the right facial muscles without tension. 2. Lift the muscles under your eyes 20 times 3. Hold the lift for 20 seconds Repeat 2–3 rounds, Then relax the area with under-eye shiatsu (I share more points in my free guide!) Tips: Don’t overdo the tongue—just a tiny bit out is enough Focus on lifting the under-eye muscles only, not the forehead Great for de-puffing, preventing sagging, and waking up tired eyes!
