They are begging it. Less international students so dragging people into their unis to make money on degrees, preparing them for a job that won’t exist when they graduate.

They’re a business. They’re just propping up their business after dramatically falling numbers of applicants. No consideration as to the suitability of prospective students, just get them signed on to the debt conveyer belt. Follow the crowd and dump off uni, unless you are going into a profession. My son left in the first term when he saw what a rip off and waste of time Uni is.

Universities are offering unconditional places now as students are opting for apprenticeships. This feels morally wrong. If a student isn’t able to pass a levels, what hope do they have of getting a degree? They will be getting into debt for no reason.

They've lowered the grade boundary for my daughters uni quite significantly. question... should she look for a 'better'/Russel group uni instead of just taking the one she's firmed?

Because they need the money from these youngsters but where’s the jobs at then of your degree,nurses can’t get jobs ,drs can’t get jobs so I suggest you choose your degree wisely
