Maxing out the buffer size doesn’t really “unlock performance.” In fact, it usually makes your phone slower. A bigger buffer means more memory is used, and low-end devices can’t handle that extra load. Instead of boosting FPS or speed, it increases lag because the system has to process and clear a much larger buffer. The best performance comes from using the optimal buffer size for your device, not the maximum one.

Increasing logger buffer size and per-CPU buffer size doesn’t make a phone faster, those settings only control how much memory is reserved for storing debug logs during development. Bigger sizes actually waste more RAM that could be used by games or apps, and have zero effect on CPU or GPU speed. For gaming performance, it’s better to keep them at the smallest value and turn off system tracing entirely so all resources stay focused on the game.
