When he was asked to leave he offered to leave. Doesn’t need to provide id unless he refuses to leave.

The best you can do (unless you want to go to jail) is force the officer to tell you that he is issuing a lawful order for your name, and that you are only complying under duress. If he violates your rights your remedy is to sue, not cause a further disturbance in this situations

He doesn’t have to show ID because there’s no reasonable articulable suspicion of a crime being committed…. He gets a warning and is able to leave if he comes back again then he gets arrested and has to show his ID.
