What is blowing my mind though is how Lauralie is Ms Bikini Olympia, yet the size and muscularity that judges are looking for in smaller IFBB shows is insane! You would think the physique of Ms Olympia herself would be the goal??

Truthfully, all divisions have been getting bigger and more muscular over time. Compare a 2011 figure pro vs today. They’re even talking about creating a new men’s division because MP competitors have gotten so much bigger over time
