Tbh - this is maybe not representative of the majority - I’m not really sure. But, I think more women want to get married than men, but a lot of the men are not putting in the effort for it, getting distracted with addictions by substances or tech - so I actually think placing accountability on them makes some sense. Also as a single woman, early 30s, I need all the encouragement I can get
